Our reviews, photographs, videos and other content are our intellectual property (or used with permission) and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
We pay for our own stays and share our genuine experiences. Reviews reflect our opinion at the time of our visit; campsites change, and your experience may differ. We do not accept payment to influence a review, and we don’t earn affiliate commission on bookings. Always confirm current prices, facilities and availability directly with the campsite before you travel.
We are a review and media site. We do not take bookings or payments on behalf of campsites, and we are not party to any agreement between you and a campsite or accommodation provider. Any booking, deposit, cancellation or refund is a matter between you and them.
If you post a comment or send us a suggestion, you confirm it is your own, lawful and not misleading, and you grant us permission to display and use it on the site. We may remove any content at our discretion.
Our site links to and embeds third-party content (such as YouTube videos and Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of third-party sites and services.
We provide the site and its content “as is” and take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the site, or your dealings with campsites.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
